At The 1 Pizza™, we strive to serve every order fresh, hot, and right the first time. However, if something isn’t up to our standards—or yours—we’re here to make it right.

🔁 Food Orders

✅ Eligible for Refund or Replacement:

• Missing items from your order
• Wrong items received
• Food that arrives severely damaged or inedible
• Orders canceled within 5 minutes (unless already in preparation)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

• Orders canceled after preparation has started
• Customizations not clearly noted in the order form
• Food dissatisfaction based on taste preferences (unless error or quality issue is verified)
• Orders where delivery was delayed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

💳 Refund Process

• Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of the order being received.
• Email refunds@the1pizza.onegodian.org with:
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo proof (for damaged items, if applicable)
• If eligible, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds may appear as “Onegodian Foods” or “The 1 Pizza™” on your statement.

🧾 Digital Products (e.g., Gift Cards, Certificates)

• All digital products are final sale.
• Refunds will only be issued if the digital item was not delivered or was technically unusable and reported within 24 hours.

📍 Pickup Issues

If picking up your order:

• You must arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.
• Unclaimed food beyond this window may not be remade or refunded.
