2. Delivery & Pick-Up

• Delivery zones, times, and fees are clearly stated at checkout.
• We strive to deliver your food hot, fresh, and on time, but external factors (weather, traffic, etc.) may occasionally affect delivery speed.
• For pick-up orders, please arrive at the scheduled time to ensure food quality.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be canceled within 5 minutes of placing, unless already prepared.
• Refunds are processed at our discretion. Please contact us immediately if there’s an issue with your order.
• Refunds for digital products (gift cards, certificates) are not permitted once delivered.

4. Allergens & Dietary Notes

• Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available, but cross-contamination may occur.
